VECO Indonesia

Mission:

Sustainable Agricultural Chain Development

VECO Indonesia supports the development of sustainable agriculture chains (SACD), encompassing innovative sustainable agricultural practices for production, value adding of SA products to benefit family farmers, improved access to markets, and stimulating consumers to purchase products from SA chains. Furthermore, VECO Indonesia aims to support the advocacy of local and national level policies that favour the position of the organised family farmers practising SA.

VECO Indonesia supports the development of sustainable agricultural chains at local and national level in which organized family farmers, male and female, successfully influence the trade relationships and benefit through increased income. VECO Indonesia's programme particularly focuses on the value chain of cashew, cacao, coffee, organic rice and groundnuts in selected geographical areas.
